LAKE- 60m² apartment on the first floor with no elevator, it is furnished for 4 people maximum and consists in:
-a hallway
-a living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people and a dining area
-a pretty big fitted kitchen in which you can have dinner
-a bedroom with a double bed, a table and storing
-a bathroom with a bathtub, and separated toilets
EQUIPMENT : 1 electric and 3 gas cooking plates, a small oven, fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, TV-set, double glazing.
Two small balconies in the living room and bedroom, a beautiful view onto the Imperial Palace.
Parking lot, pets allowed.
From October until April, consumptions are in supplement.
Cleaning option : from 45€ to 120€ (depends upon the type of appartment)
Linen option per bed : 20 or 25€ depending on type of bed. Towel kit 8 €
Baby furniture : Bathtub 6€ - bed 25€- high chair : 25€
