This 47m² (506 sq ft) self-catering cottage is located on the ground floor of the owner's chalet. It offers views of Lake Annecy and the mountains, as well as a terrace and garden.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), and a television.
There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and heated towel rail. There is a separate WC. A shared washer-dryer is available in the owner's garage (accessible directly from the cottage).

The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and offers views of Lake Annecy. Guests have access to a garden and shared grounds with the owner, including a barbecue, sun loungers, and a pétanque court. There is only one parking space on the property.
