Gite of 63m2 on the 1st floor of an old renovated farm, including 2 other cottages (in ground floor and 2nd floor), and the housing of the owners with their own independent access.
Common entrance with the 2 other gites: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open on stay (sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), bathroom (shower), independant toilet. Floor heating.
West balcony (with furniture), and common ground. bed linens are provided (bed are made at the arrival). Shared parking at 20m from the house (access by steps).
Common cellar (storage skis and bikes). Lake of Annecy, beaches, cycle patth 12km, old town of Annecy to 14km. Hiking to the Parmelan (nearby), or on the site of Les Glières (19km).
Shops at 2.5 km (village center). In winter: ski resorts of the Aravis to 30km (35 minutes): La Clusaz-Grand Bornand. Geneva, Airport 40 minutes. Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
