At the 4th floor with a lift, the apartment give a beautiful view to the mountains.
Its consists of an equipped open kitchen. A living room with a double sofa-bed and a bay window giving access to a west facing balcony. Each 2 bedrooms have a double-bed, and one of them with a balcony. Many cupboards and closets. A bathroom and a separated toilet.

A garage is at your disposal. You can visit Annecy by foot.
From October until April, consumptions are in supplement.
