Quiet cottage in a dominant location situated 12 km from Annecy with secure access, parking for 5 cars, pool open from early May to late September, air conditioning. Ideal for family or friends gatherings. Parties and noise are strictly prohibited. You will appreciate the covered and heated pool available from May to late September, the tranquility, the contact with nature, the walking and mountain biking paths starting from the house, the activities related to the lake and the mountains, and the view. My accommodation is perfect for family or friends reunions (maximum 12 people). Our dog (Australian shepherd) is free on the property and will happily play with your children, which is why our animal friends are not accepted. No smoking inside the cottage. We live next door. Therefore, I can easily provide you with information about activities, restaurants, or anything else if you have questions or if you want to take advantage of good deals. Rental by the week only (from Saturday to Saturday) during school holidays. Rental by the fortnight only from mid-July to mid-August. Minimum rental of two nights outside the school holiday periods and bank holidays (Ascension, May 1st and 8th, Pentecost). Please contact me for prices according to the periods. The house rules will need to be signed on the day of your arrival, along with a liability waiver for the swimming pool for minor children.
