The lake is 5 minutes walk (free beach of Albigny, pedal boats, sailing, water skiing, stand-up
paddle)Hiking to "Mont Veyrier" (10 minutes walk), to "Semnoz" with views of Mont Blanc (35 minutes by car or bus).
In the neighborhood, access to the shuttles that will take you to the resorts of the Aravis but also to the beaches of the Lakeside.
Geneva at 40 minutes, Chamonix, Lyon, Grenoble, Evian at about 1 hour by car.

For your peace of mind: cleaning, bed linen and bath linen are included in our services. Beds will be made before your arrival.
