In our large house located in a quiet residential area of Annecy, we offer you 1 suite composed, according to the chosen formula, of 1 or 2 spacious and comfortable rooms as well as an independent and private shower room which is common to both rooms.

For your comfort and peace of mind, whether you take one or two rooms, you will be our only guests.

The Semnoz room is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200), a lounge with a flat screen TV and a desk. It is large enough, 35m², to accommodate 1 or 2 additional real single beds.

With the 2 bedroom package you will also have access to the Bauges room, 23m², which is equipped with 2 single beds and a lounge. It is only rented in addition to the Semnoz room for a large family or group of friends.

The shower room with shower and WC, common to both rooms, is located next to the rooms and is reserved for you.

These rooms are on the first floor of the house.

In summer the swimming pool is open from 9am to 1pm and from 5.30pm to 8pm.

On demand, we can offer the diner the evening of your arrival and during your stay on an ad hoc basis.
The diner is composed of main dish with a green salad, cheese board and a desert.
A wine from Savoie is served with the diner: you have the choise between a red or rosé Mondeuse, or a Chignin (white wine).
Coffee, tea , herbal tea and local digestif will close the meal.
